The Breathwork Training Program (BTP) is the UK’s leading course for
personal development and practitioner qualification in Conscious
Breathwork. We are passionate about empowerment! This work
encourages us to discover and trust inner truth and reveal authenticity.
Our breathwork program is suitable for adventurous people with a strong
commitment to self healing and a good sense of humour! We lead by
example and fully participate in the process work, which releases
inspiring energy into the group dynamic. This is a rare chance to
experience first-hand the deep love and trust, which develops between
people who share emotions and experiences with courage and passion.
Group numbers are limited, which creates a safe facilitated space for
deep process work. The experienced support team is always on hand to
facilitate an enlightening and dynamic outcome for all participants.
Practitioner status can be achieved on the Breathwork Training Program
upon completion of the modules and apprenticeship. Many BTP
graduates run successful private practices, workshops and groups.

The Breathwork Journey
Are you committed to deepening your spiritual awareness, releasing
yourself from an unresolved past, or establishing your own successful
therapy practice? The Breathwork Training Program supports people
with these goals over three modules, which can be taken consecutively
for an intensive training or as stand-alone self-development seminars.
Level I: First Breath (5 day seminar)

Level II: Fire of Transformation (7 day seminar)

- Deep personal healing through hot and cold water sessions

The Breathwork Training Program is in three modules with monthly support days in between. Each module
builds on the last and provides a chance to experience personal transformation, advanced breath awareness
and evolve professional therapy skills. To enable the group to work deeply, all participants have completed
the previous module before advancing to the next. Prior experience in other spiritual practices and healing
modalities are useful for participants undertaking this dynamic breathwork program.
